- I ordered some SC Zips from Software Hut and put them in my
- A3000. I assembled everything and when I turned the machine on I had 2 chip
- and 0 fast! I played around with the chips until I realized they were bad and
- had to be sent back. I posted here and was told that an A3000 CAN work with-
- out fastram on the motherboard. Anyway, I had to use a Zorro II ram card
- until I got my replacement ram chips. :( I used my A3000 without fastram for
- about an hour to see if anything went wrong and it didn't seem to care! ;)
- (except for being slow) So sell your Zips and get some good ram for your new
- accelerator!
